• To secure a booking a 50% deposit of the total accommodation rates is payable before the commencement of the safari.
• Only wire transfers or cash will be accepted.
• Credit Card payments a surcharge of 3,5% will be added.
• Accounts to be settled in full before leaving the safari.
• Rates are in US$.
• Travelling between hunting areas will be considered as a full hunting day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation 180 (One hundred and eighty) days prior to Safari, full refund less bank fees.
• Cancellation 90 days (ninety days) prior to the first day of your Safari, your deposit will be forfeited to BPS.
• If the hunt is rescheduled, the deposit will not be forfeited.
• Cancellations due to medical reasons will require a medical certificate, stating condition for reason for cancellation. 10% of deposit will be retained for admin purposes.
